Customer delivery ยท Athena Intelligence

Enterprise AI deployments

Deploying agent workflows inside enterprise cloud boundaries, with security and operational handoff built into the work.

The customer problem

Enterprise AI has to fit the customer's existing infrastructure, security requirements and operating workflows. At Athena Intelligence, I worked on deploying the Olympus platform inside enterprise cloud environments rather than treating deployment as a generic SaaS signup.

My contribution

My work included containerized deployments, infrastructure configuration, data integration and operational handoff. The focus was making agent workflows usable within the client's cloud boundary and helping the customer's technical team operate the system.

Engineering approach

  • Use infrastructure as code and container packaging to make deployment repeatable.
  • Integrate with the customer's data systems and network access requirements.
  • Restrict ingress and outbound connections according to the approved architecture. Private hosting does not by itself mean all model requests stay local: approved external model connections must be reviewed separately.
  • Provide runbooks and technical workshops so the client can understand and maintain the deployment.

Outcome and evidence

This experience is described in my professional history. Customer configurations and confidential deployment artifacts are not exposed on this portfolio. I have not published a benchmark, adoption rate or cost-savings figure for these deployments.

Why this matters for forward-deployed engineering

The work joins customer discovery, implementation and operational ownership. The valuable deliverable is a system that works within the customer's constraints, with a clear handoff and explicit limits.
